Otomo is Heading to Washington, D.C. for the ASCRS/ASOA Annual Meeting

April 10–13, 2026 | Washington, D.C. | ASOA Networking Lounge, Booth #15

This week, the Otomo team is headed to Washington, D.C. for the 2026 ASCRS and ASOA Annual Meeting, one of the largest gatherings in ophthalmology dedicated to advancing surgical care and practice management.

We'll be at Booth #15 in the ASOA Networking Lounge, and we'd love to connect with practice administrators, clinic leaders, and operations teams who are thinking about how to better engage patients between visits.

What We're Bringing to the Conversation

Ophthalmology practices face a growing challenge: patient demand is rising, staff capacity is stretched, and traditional outreach methods (phone trees, manual recall lists, generic reminder systems) can't keep up. That's the problem Otomo was built to solve.

Our AI voice and SMS platform handles the patient engagement work that bogs down front desk and call center teams, including appointment confirmations, recall outreach, and post-visit follow ups. Every interaction is designed with clinical context in mind, built on real conversation data, and supported by human oversight so nothing falls through the cracks.

If your practice is exploring ways to:

  • Recover revenue from patients who fall off the recall list

  • Reduce no-shows without adding staff burden

  • Automate routine outreach while maintaining a personal, human feel

...we'd love to talk.

Come Say Hello

Stop by Booth #15 in the ASOA Networking Lounge anytime during Exhibit Hall hours. Whether you're deep in evaluation mode or just curious about what AI patient engagement looks like in practice, our team is happy to walk you through how it works and share results from real ophthalmology deployments.

You can also reach us directly at info@otomohealth.com to set up a time to meet during the conference.

We'll see you in D.C.
