What we do
Otomo Health is an MIT spinout based in Cambridge, MA. We build AI voice and text agents for specialty practices. They handle inbound calls, appointment confirmations and reschedules, patient recalls, and post op follow ups, so front desks can recover lost patients and reduce no shows without adding staff.
Every agent is tailored to the practice’s own workflow, not dropped in from a template, and many practices go live in as little as four weeks. Our agents currently support 100+ locations and 700+ providers, with direct integrations with eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, Nextech, ModMed, Epic and more. We are HIPAA compliant and SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
